Slope Combat Contest
7 November, 2004

The Hong Kong Radio Control Soaring Society organized an annual slope combat contest on Sunday, November 7, 2004 in Fei Ngo Shan east-facing slope. There were 16 pilots participating in the competition together with many spectators. The competitors were split into two groups with four rounds of combat. Each pilot has at least two rounds of combat. The wind condition was really good with speed averaged at 15 knots - good  for combating! The highest feature of today combat is when Ah Kin's Bat hijacked Ah Pong's Eraser in air and took it for a tour of Fei Ngo Shan before crashing into the back side of the hill!  After two rounds of intensive 'killing', 11 pilots with the highest scores promoted to the final race. Two rounds in the final race were carried out. The winners are Ip Chi Shing for the champion, Cheung Wan Kin for the first runner up and Wong Wai Kwong for the second runner up. Congratulation!
