Annual General Meeting and Grand Dinner, 2002
19 January 2003

The Hong Kong Radio Control Soaring Society held its 2002 Annual General Meeting in Lok Fu Mun Chinese Restaurant, Lok Fu Shopping Centre, 2/F., Junction Road, Kowloon on  Sunday, 19 January 2003.  There were totally 37 members plus 10 non-members attending the AGM and the dinner afterward.  The meeting began at 7:30pm with the Chairman first presenting his annual report, followed by the Treasurer's financial report. A new team of office bearers was elected for the year 2003 in the AGM. The AGM dinner was started after the meeting and video shows.  Good food, friendly environment, and entertainment including lucky draws, quiz and  games made this wonderful evening very enjoyable. Our special guest of the night is the boss of Waigo Model, Ms. Chan who not only sponsored two prizes for the lucky draws but also sent us a good news that her model shop will offer discounts for HKRCSS's members. Thanks and well done all of you! HKRCSS particularly wishes to thank the sponsors for this event, namely; Windrider Aviation Ltd., Waigo Model, RC Modeller Magazine, B Oliver Lee and Stanley Chan. Cheers!
